Your Booking
1. We will reserve cars and dates for 14 days, during which time we should receive a deposit to confirm the booking.
2. Full payment would be due at least 28 days before the wedding date.
3. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
4. We reserve the right to not refund deposits due to cancellation.
Vehicle Availability
5. In the event of the non availability (for any reason) of the vehicle agreed to be provided to the client, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle and we shall give notice of such event as soon as possible, whereupon the client will have the option to withdraw from the agreement.
6. If an appropriate substitute vehicle is not available then you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund.
7. Safety of our passengers and drivers is of utmost importance so if the conditions are too dangerous, particularly in the winter, then we reserve the right to modify or withdraw from the agreement.

8. Passengers are expected to behave responsibly at all times during the journey.
9. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles.
